Milwaukee Flyers stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact customer support within 10 days from the date you receive it and we will reprint your order free of charge, or refund the charges excluding shipping and processing costs. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Color match, cutting and folding are guaranteed to be within industry standards (CMYK).
Milwaukee Flyers takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control, and would not be covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages / 3rd delivery attempts or other issues
resulting from customer provided information.
- We reserve the right to have you return the original order at our cost to commence
reprinting or order refund.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Milwaukee Flyers will send you a proof that you must approve prior to entering the print process and we will note some of the issues so you can correct the artwork if needed. You can also elect to have us do the work, however design charges associated with doing so will apply.
